  • Hello, my name is Ömer Sait Coşkun. I am a Computer Engineer from Süleyman Demirel University. I enjoy continuously improving myself in software development, learning by exploring new technologies, and turning what I learn into real projects. I am especially motivated by problem-solving, systematic thinking, and transforming an idea step by step into a working product. In this process, I focus on building solutions that are not only functional, but also clear, maintainable, and scalable.
  • In addition, I am working on a comprehensive science fiction universe called BEIVA. This project brings together multiple disciplines such as writing, world-building, visual/audio production, and content development. Through BEIVA, I combine storytelling with narrative consistency while also building a disciplined creation habit: planning ideas, breaking them down, organizing them, and continuously improving them. This approach blending analytical thinking with creative production directly reflects in my projects as well.
  • On my self-improvement journey, I aim to pursue both my professional work and personal projects in parallel. I value discovering new tools and approaches, testing what I learn in practice, and creating solutions that truly meet real needs. A web platform where authors who have not yet reached a wide readership can publish their work and readers can discover and read it. Founded together with a friend; he runs branding and marketing while I own all software development as the solo developer. The internal alpha is complete — author dashboard, rich-text editor, autosave and revision history, editorial review queue, decision workflow and the publishing module with role-based reading permissions — and development continues. A working mobile app where users can create photo-based journals. Built together with a teammate. The mobile client is developed with React Native, Expo and TypeScript, featuring secure authentication, Redis-based caching, a RabbitMQ worker structure and Jenkins-based CI/CD. Forest Fire Risk Analysis & Prediction System (TÜBİTAK)

A system built with a teammate, completed as my graduation project and still being developed under TÜBİTAK. It combines weather, human impact, geographic layers, satellite data and historical fire records to produce map-based risk visualization and fire-risk predictions for today, tomorrow and up to one week ahead. The system consists of an ASP.NET Core REST API, a React dashboard, a PostgreSQL/PostGIS database and Python-based machine learning layers. The TÜBİTAK process is ongoing (targeting summer 2027).
